2024 Winner: Fromberg FFA

The Fromberg FFA chapter recently received $10,000 from ACH Seeds’ 2024 Homegrown Giving program. This donation will be instrumental in constructing a new livestock barn, enhancing agricultural education opportunities, supporting both the expansion of skill-building projects and potential membership growth.

The local FFA chapter has made a significant impact in its small rural community. With just eight dedicated FFA members, they have contributed much to the local area. Their mission is to prepare the next generation for careers in agriculture, focusing on hands-on experiences and practical skills.

The FFA chapter’s impact on the Fromberg community is profound. From growing lettuce in their hydroponics system for the school’s lunch program to offering garden plants to families in need, their initiatives are diverse and essential.

2023 Winner: Huntley Project FFA & Ag Department!

Huntley Project Schools offer welding and college welding classes to help teach students a skillset they can use after graduation. The donation allows for expansion of their welding program by purchasing additional wire-feed welders. These additions will help students stay up to date with workplace operations and ensure they are well-trained and positioned to be successful in a trade career. A portion of the donation will also be used to expand the agriculture department’s curriculum.
